Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lung Trainers. We value your trust and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns & Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused, in the same condition you received it.
In its original packaging, including manuals and accessories.
Due to the nature of our products (health/training devices), any item that has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used LungTrainers® devices.
Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

6. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
